For some accommodation heating and/or hot water can be included in the charges. For others this is not included, and in this case the subscriptions are in the names of all the roommates, who have to pay the bills together when they receive them. For electricity and cold water, it is the same, it is always in the names of the roommates who have to pay the bills together when they receive them. So you pay what you consume.

Your security deposit is always returned to you at the end of the rental, unless you have broken something or if you are not up to date with your payments. If all is good, the deposit is returned to you by bank transfer, within a maximum of 1 month from your departure from the accommodation.
